Data controller

The data controller and the operator responsible for the website’s content and administration is Wooster Hungária Kft. (company registration number: 13-09-081226; tax number: 11751511-2-13). Access to the protected administration area is restricted to authorised Wooster administrators; the hosting provider supplies the technical infrastructure.

What data do we process?

The categories of data processed are set out separately for contacting us, using a page protected by security functions, and using Google Maps:

• Contacting us: name and email address;
• optional phone number and message content;
• where an enquiry concerns a specific rental unit, information identifying that property;
• technical information needed to handle the enquiry, such as the submission time, selected language and handling status;
• whether the Privacy Notice was accepted, in cases where personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject’s consent.
• Use of a page protected by security functions: technical tokens associated with the website’s security functions;
• where an administrator signs in, data needed for protected authentication.
• Use of Google Maps: if you separately request the map to be loaded, Google may receive technical data such as your IP address and browser and device information.

How long do we retain the data?

We retain personal data relating to general enquiries processed on the basis of consent for no longer than one year, or delete it earlier following a lawful request from the data subject. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. If a request for a quotation or a preliminary enquiry made with a view to entering into a contract is followed by a contract, we process the related personal data throughout the contractual relationship. After that relationship ends, we continue to process the data on the basis of our legitimate interest in pursuing or defending potential legal claims, for the five-year limitation period.

Retention periods for first-party technical cookies are listed cookie by cookie in the Cookie and Technical Storage Notice. The current version does not use web-analytics or marketing storage.

Recipients (Data Processors and External Technical Service Providers)

We do not sell or disclose personal data for independent commercial purposes. Technical providers may be used to operate the website and communications and may process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services. Google Maps connects to an external provider only after a separate user action.
